The Over-Educated League, which runs on Out of the Park Baseball software, has two openings for the upcoming season and beyond!
OOTP is a great, possibly the best (I’ve played most of them) baseball simulation around. The player functions as a combination General Manager/Field Manager. You’re responsible for drafting amateurs, signing free agents, setting promotion dates (to make more money), the rule V draft, managing your teams payroll and other expenses, setting pitching rotations and roles, setting your lineups and backups, and managing three levels of minor league teams to help your prospects develop into useful players. It’s fun without being insanely complicated.
Those interested can look at the current league here:

It’s the Winnipeg and Sylva teams that are up for grabs.
You’d have to purchase OOTP 6.5 which, I believe, costs about $20 lifetime now. Once that’s done there’s no further expense needed. Just some time to manage your team and try to win.
Currently we do three sims per week (M/W/F) of 5 games each so we get through a full season every five months or so.
