A few months ago I ran into a website which basically hosted an open source web template.
The template Essentially it had built in forum board, member’s list, news items, gallery, etc. It was database driven and all scripts were prewritten, essentially, all the host would need to do is download the package, upload it to his server, and change any graphics he would want changed, and the end result would be a fully functional, complete, website.
I’d like to recommend this to a friend, but I can’t find the project anymore, is anyone familiar with anything similar?
