What program do I need to be able to open and edt .MPQ files, such as those in Diablo II?

.mpg or .mpq?
Your thread title says one and your post says another.
.mpg is MPEG and you can open and play them in the QuickTime MoviePlayer, among others.
If you are on a PC, I believe there is something called “Windows Media Player” that will play them as well.
