"Opera" Question

How do I keep addresses from popping up everytime my cursor passes over a link ?
Is this something I do in control panel or in Opera settings?

Go to Tools>Preference>Advanced>Browsing and uncheck tootips. Or if you want to keep some of the functionality of the tootips but just get rid of the hover link address do this:

Tooltip popups can show certain information when you hover links or buttons.

To enable or disable tooltip popups in Opera, go to Preferences > Windows and toggle the “Show tooltips” option. **To enable or disable specific popup tooltips, you have to change certain settings manually in the opera6.ini file.
Go to Help > About Opera and find the location of your opera6.ini file.
Close Opera.
Open opera6.ini in a text editor.

Next, find the [User Prefs] section and look for the following:

Popup Link Address=0
Popup button help=0
Display Link Title=0

If they are set to zero (0), they are disabled. Setting them to one (1) will enable them again.**

I think the bit about changing all of the tooltips changed with the latest edition of Opera. I had to follow the path I outlined first to get to the tooltips box. The bolded stuff is what to do if you want to only get rid of the link addresses–>change the 1 that is probably there to a 0.
