This is only true in select divorces.
No fault doesn’t mean there isn’t fighting over stupid shit, and if there are kids, well, I’ve been through two no fault divorces. Idaho was an early adopter of no fault and streamlining the divorce process in fact. Family law attorneys are doing just fine.
I have rather mixed feelings about it, but overall probably a good thing.
