I spoke with a lawyer this morning. Best thing to do at this point is just ignore the pscho and see what he does. If his lawyer serves me with any kind of papers, I turn it over to my lawyer to handle.
I’m also going to file a complaint with the BBB and take every chance I can to flame this guy & his business practices (in an ‘anonymous’ way of course).
I read the thread title. My stomach curled up into a knot and I got a little queasy. Upon further reading, I’m glad your “package” is ok.
IANAL, but what I understand, you can flame the guy all you want, anonymously or not, but just make sure that it is true fact that you are stating and that you can back it up. No opinions or subjective interpretation.
