I like “Black Knight Syndrome” as the term for it! Awesome! I don’t know if there is a medical term, but I bet there is (and it’s not as cool as that one). I have a sister who’s a hypochondriac, and I fall on the other end of the spectrum - I do too much and don’t acknowledge being sick even when I should. I’m getting better at it, though.
