Cool. I didn’t know that Orange County had annexed Westwood.
Depending upon which part of the OC you live in Westwood isnt much farther than the southern OC.

If not you can purchase the right. There’s always money in the pizza stand.
We called it ‘OC’, not ‘The OC’.
But more often we called it ‘Behind the Orange Curtain’.
Unless they’re importing water from NYC, they’re not going to be able to make a NYC pizza. It’s the impurities (and apparently microscopic crustaceans???) in the water that make their pizza the way it is.
Yes, people do that as a selling point. But link on any scientific data, preferably from someone without an interest in it? And yes, mineral content *might *matter, but so would making your own water. Everything I find is studies that show it’s inconclusive, or informal taste tests.
