Well, again, due to my work schedule I am not available for classes. I get home from work about 2am at the moment. That’s why I was asking about any exercise videos, including yoga, so that I could still do them with a minimum of hassle. I know myself, and when trying to establish a routine, I need to get into doing it a lot or I won’t do it at all.

The Indian / ethnic food suggestion is interesting. We have an Indian restaurant in Ames, it’s just hard to know quite what you’re getting there! I will start checking out Indian recipes. I know I really like trying new foods, I have a big weakness for ‘ethnic’ foods like Thai. American vegetarian fare doesn’t really excite me to any huge degree. I will definitely check this out. My problem with dieting is really that I don’t want the stigma of dieting or to feel that I’m ‘missing out’. If I’m trying new foods instead, it will give me a different attitude. It’s a truly good idea. Thank you.
