Has The Great One ever answered this one? If he has, I can’t find it.
My internet search yielded way too may possibilities. The two most prevelant theories are 1) origins in New York on 86th streen bar and 2) something about the old west.
None of it seemed to have any real evidence to substantiate their claims.
Does anyone know the straight dope?
