Gotta go with Oldman. He’s the first actor outside of the usual suspects that really got Churchill (and the others are all dead anyway, except for Toby Jones, who was creditable but not on Oldman’s level).
If DDL wins, I will slit my wrists. Oldman all the way.
Daniel Day-Lewis. I really don’t want to vote “yet another one” for DDL, but of the performances I saw, his was the most revelatory over the course of the film, like a slowly opening puzzle box of personality.
