I just watched “Girl’s Town”
Most bizarre cast ever:
Mamie Van Doran
Mel Torme (!)
Paul Anka (!)
Peggy Moffitt (Who would go on to become a famous model)
Elinor Donahue
Charles Chaplin Jr.

You left out the fact that Mel Torme played a juvenile delinquent (!) and Mamie Van Doran’s character was supposed to be a teenager even though (1) she was about 28 at the time and (2) she probably didn’t look like a teenager even when she was one.
Also, even after giving her a blonde dye-job, there’s no way they could pass Elinor Donahue off as Mamie Van Doran’s kid sister.
“Yes, do you sell turquoise plastic pith helmets?” Almost died laughing at that one.
A little-loved ep that I’m quite fond of: The Dead Talk Back.
This one’s an under-appreciated classic
“Umm…this door sounds brown”
“The whole room smells like my eyes!”
Village of the Giants was another great one, especially the sequence when Servo sees his “mom” selling out for pocket change…
Every time I drive north out of Florida I always keep an eye out for the bridge across Boggy Creek. Although, being in Florida, I would be more likely to encounter a Skunk Ape than the Boggy Creek Creature.
**Warrior of the Lost World ** was the episode I would use to introduce people to the show. Probably the most laughable post-apocalypse movie from that early 80’s micro-genre.
“MEGA-WEAPON! MEGA WEAPON!”
“The Sinister Urge” is another really good minor episode. It’s mainly due to it being by Ed Wood, which is not only funny in its own right, but which also gives M&TB such great riffing material like cross-dressing jokes.
