out-of-town tickets on sale notice

Does anyone know a good ticket agency-website that e-mails advanced notice for select concerts? The problem I’m having is the show I want to see, Ringo Starr, isn’t 'til August, and it’s in Amarillo, Tx.
I’d like to get a notice e-mailed to me when the tickets go on sale and since I live in the Dallas area of the state every site assumes those are the only dates I’m interested in.

If Ringo has an official website, you can usually sign up for email reminders and such. I know when I wanted to see a few different acts, I signed up and they sent updates on ticket info to me.
Hope that helps.

How do the ticket sales sites know you’re in Dallas and (in their eyes, at least) uninterested in Amarillo?

You could try going to your cookies folder and deleting any cookies set by the ticket sites, then surf on over to the site and when it asks where you are, tell it Amarillo. Please be aware that deleting a cookie will probably disrupt any other “automatic” functions from that site, such as logging you in, or simply recognizing you.

Failiong that, does the site have a customer service spot where you could tell them what you want, and if they can do it?
