Outlook Express addy question

Okay, I belong to an organization and receive forwarded email from our central account. Let us say, for sake of ease, our account is ‘x’. For the past week or two, we’ve been getting bombarded with spam email to ‘x200’ ‘x3000’ ‘x420’ etc. etc. etc.
Is there any way to configure Outlook Express so that it will filter off mail that has the extrenious numbers, without getting rid of the stuff I’m supposed to be getting?

Yes. Go to Tools|Message Rules|Mail. Check the box for Where the To line contains people. Click the contains people link in the third box. Type in your email address and click Add. Click the Options button. Select Message does not contain the people below. Hit OK twice. In the second box select either Delete it or Move it to the specified folder. That should sift out any messages which aren’t sent directly to your address.
