I used to use DirectCD with CD-RW discs, but can’t find a comparable program for DVD-RW. It basically allowed random file writing and deletion making a rewritable disc just like a large floppy. Anything similar for DVD?
Although it’s a now-obsolete version, Roxio Easy CD/DVD Creator 6 has this feature. I got a deadstock copy new in the box for $30 at Best Buy. You might still be able to find it. I can’t recommend version 7 or above, because it’s now a DVD editing suite and comes on 2 discs of bloatware.
