PageMaker 7.0 - WTF?

I just visited Adobe’s site, as I’m in the habit of doing to see what’s going on. It seems they’ve gone and upgraded PageMaker. What I would like to know is… WHY? They’ve got InDesign in the stable and haven’t touched PageMaker in years. I thought the idea was that InDesign was going to replace PageMaker?

Anybody know what’s going on here?

Audrey, thanks! That gives a little perspective. I’m still not happy about it, though, have convinced my company that PM was going away…
