We have received your Maiden of Pain novel proposal. However, after we started the search, it came to our attention that we need an agreement before we can review your proposal. Since you have already submitted a proposal, please download and sign a copy of the agreement below and send it to us with a short cover letter. If you have already done this, please ignore this letter, it just means we haven’t received it yet. No submissions will be accepted that are not accompanied by a signed copy of this agreement. It is a PDF, if you cannot open the attachment please let me know, and we will figure something out.

Ok, I am resisting the urge to shout “Kaaaaaaahn!” here, but in case you didn’t sign the agreement either and didn’t supply an e-mail address, so that they could inform you about it, I thought I’d break the news to you, just in case.
