Painting of Andrew Carnegie as Knight?

Pardon me for posting, but I was wondering if someone could help me out with something…A couple of years ago on PBS, there was a documentary on Andrew Carnegie. At one point, they showed a painting, made during Carnegie’s life, that was basically a thinly disguised portrait of Carnegie as a knight in black armor, amid giant pillars of smoke and steam. I seem to recall that Carnegie had commissioned it himself, for a museum or some such, but the details are sketchy. Can anyone I.D. this painting and it’s artist for me? I’d love to find a print of it.
Well, thanks for your time,
