Obviously my or YMMV. Her lips are part of her sensuality for me - they just seem so luscious. Pam Anderson has rather large lips also.

Just a warning…I clicked on the first of Tangent’s links and it also brought up pop-ups for porn sites.
I also don’t go for the overly made-up, fake blonde look. I think someone like Julia Stiles is a better example of a beautiful blonde. But for most beautiful, I would agree that Laetitia Casta is right up there. If they’re not beautiful without makeup, it doesn’t count for me. I know too many women who are still beautiful without makeup to compare them to.
One of the neat things about Audrey Hepburn was that although she looked very different without makeup, she was still just as beautiful. I wouldn’t normally talk about inner beauty on a thread about physical beauty, but in her case I honestly think that her heart gave her face a lovely glow.

She also has no fashion sense. I’m sorry, the “whoops I fell out of my décolletage” look doesn’t look good on anyone. There are ways to show it off without looking like a TOTAL whore. 
Her eyes are weird too. Sorta squinty. Or maybe it just the mascara factory she dumped on her face.
Kate Winslet, on the other hand, has excellent breasts. 
And the rest of her is pretty darn tootin’ too.

I honestly think that Pam Anderson is aging in a not so good way. I’ve seen pictures of her in full makeup (admittedly in tabloid photos) and her face looks distorted. Maybe she had a weird expression on her face but she just looked awful.
Milla Jovovich…But there is nothing wrong with Pam.

I have to agree with others who mention Audrey Hepburn, Natalie Wood, Liz Taylor, Jennifer Connolly, and Teri Hatcher.
Also, I just saw a movie with Madolyn Smith, and while she’s beautiful and all that, the thing I liked about her was that she didn’t (at least on screen) exude vanity or self-awareness. So many beautiful women know they are beautiful, and their attitude gives it away. Whether or not Smith is vain in real life, I cannot say, but she gave off “non-vain” vibe on this movie. Come to think of it, Audrey Hepburn gave off that same non-vain vibe. I don’t have an opinion about the other women I mentioned, though.
Other mentions of beautiful women would be the incomparable Ingrid Bergman. And who can forget Grace Kelly?
I like Sophia Loren best of all.
Pamela Anderson was a reasonably attractive young woman when she made her first appearance in Playboy. She was kind of a cookie cutter blondie, but that’s okay.
What’s not okay is the alien she has morphed into.
