Being descended from the Welsh, I can assure you there have always been plenty of old goats there.

This is presumably the leader. I’m trying to parse the expression on that face. Lovable furry innocence, or nefarious plotter of mankind’s overthrow? The narrowed eyes and sardonic half-smile definitely suggest “nefarious plotter”.
…and yesterday in Prince Edward County, Ontario, my friend saw goats on the roof of a shop! It’s spreading!!!
