Thanks. The OP should have posted that.
I just read through the whole mess. Judging by the way the OP has repeatedly dodged the question of whether he can prove he has been paying rent, my guess is…he hasn’t been.

I have the feeling this is going to end with the OP never posting here again once this reaches court or him winning the home from his mean ole bitty bee landlady.
He’s not getting anything. Except evicted right on schedule.
All he posted was a vague bunch of one-sided semi-incoherent statements. My guess is that the disability IS mental, and it’s disruptive and she finally said “I want you out, I’m sick of your craziness”. Then he comes on here and claims she stated that he’s being evicted “due to his disability”. That is NOT the same as evicting someone for having polio or needing a wheelchair.
As far as HUD and the “lawyer” (who he’s “not allowed” to meet in person "), all we have is RADTENN’s version of the actual story. I think the entire thing is a delusional rant.
You’re certainly allowed your own opinions, but I don’t see it that way.
He’s left some details vague, but I’ve been able to parse most of what he has posted. I’ve asked a few questions for clarification of details, and appreciated the ones he has chosen to share.
Why he doesn’t wish to move out? He likes the house, he likes the yard, he likes where he lives, and has not had any troubles there for 6 years. I can understand not wishing to move, especially when being forced out over legally protected discrimination. And it’s possible some of his incalcitrance is strategic. If the landlady is required by law to jump through umpteen hoops in order to actually get him out, then keeping her jumping through the hoops while his case gets formalized buys him time to strategize his exit. Suppose she finally gets served up notice, consults her own attorney, and he sees she is discriminating. He will likely advise her to work out a settlement. Then RADTENN gets a bigger bargaining chip to either stay put or move out with compensation. Vs moving out, and then having less negotiation ground with the landlady.
Of course it’s also possible that RADTENN is just an onery cuss. I knew a guy, seemed nice enough, didn’t really have troubles with him. Except one time I tried to tell him he should do a certain thing - we were partners and I wasn’t exactly directing him but giving a recommendation. He just flat out refused, and got obstinate, about being told what to do. Okay. Later, there was a similar incident that I unfortunately didn’t witness, but heard about and saw the after effects. We had access to a gym at a facility for teaching a class, but weren’t supposed to use the rest of the facility equipment. His teenage son and a buddy came up and were running around the building, the staff came and told us they couldn’t do that. Our boss told him they couldn’t do that - and she could get aggressive - and he refused. He was booted out of the organization on the spot and hasn’t been back since.
I think bobkitty has a valid point that even with legality on your side, things may not work out the way you would like. People lie, and your roommate might have been your friend before, but isn’t exactly doing you any favors now and it isn’t clear he won’t side against you. Ultimatley it might prove harder to actually prove your case than you hope. And further that, there is the possibilty your actions in being difficult could be assessed by the potential eventual jury as mitigating circumstances/reflections on your character and the situation, and adjust any verdict settlements accordingly. Just an observation.

As he explained, the lawyer is advising him pro bono. The lawyer doesn’t want to tie up office time to make appointments, but will squeeze in some time to answer emails. That is not unreasonable.
And my assumption on rent is that he has been paying cash.
I would be willing to bet he was hospitalized for something substance-abuse related and the owner and/or roommate don’t want him around anymore. There is a reason he won’t cop to what the medical issue was.
Irishman,
If people read your postings they would able to stay on target within this thread.
Clearly dealing with the public all kinds of statements and opinions will be made. It does not mean I have to re-answer them.
Irishman you suspect I am paying cash. Whether it is credit card, check or cash you have keep the facts that I have posted correctly update. You even posted I said I have never been late with my rent. The point is my rent is not the issue as you have figured out. Very clearly I stated back in one post "HUD advised me how to pay my July 1, 2011 rent. HUD would not even be helping me if my rent were not paid. So please, what does it matter if I do or not disclose how I pay my rent, Besides Irishman corrected everyone about this fact earlier: Look it up those of you who claimed “you’ve read the entire thread.” What you really meant to say was "I read what caught my eye RADTENN has not responded to how he pays rent.
AS OF MY DISABILITY OR DISABILITES: I have stood firm on not disclosing that private info on the Internet. Many have responded, “It is none of our concern what his disabilities are.” So they respect me. Regardless of what the disability or disabilities are, the fact is HUD has accepted my complaint of housing discrimination. Are any of you involved handling my case? Then why the hell do you think you need every T crossed and every I dotted.
Irishman, in your first paragraph you state some good reason’s why I might not be moving out. You are pretty correct. I have the time to build may case. The landlord has more time to act unlawful towards me, and like I posted before “HUD said she is a fool to follow through with filing eviction papers.” Not only is the landlord being unlawful, as I stated before my roommate had been added to the compliant by the HUD Specialist’s for harassing me. In the beginning him I were o.k. But he has chosen to do some dirty work for the landlord. So, no need for anyone to tell me my roommate is not my friend.
I am receiving advice from a lawyer concerning the Landlord/tenants issues. I am dealing directly with HUD about the "housing discrimination complaint. Both have advised me not to move out. Until one of them advice me to move then I will move. I stated earlier I was preparing for the worst but hoping for the best. I have a place lined up to move into when needed.
Let me explain a little bit about HUD
Housing discrimination is a federal crime. HUD is the federal agency, which settles these crimes.
I do not have to hire an attorney or lawyer to prove my case. HUD has complete authority to mediation, investigation and if not settled to take the housing discrimination complaint into a federal court overseen by a federal judge and a jury to decide the out come.
HUD trumps any other legal representation that may challenge the case, because HUD has already proven the discrimination has occurred.
Because of this reason when a Landlord or who committed the discrimination goes to a lawyer to fight the case almost always the lawyer recommends that person to settle the complaint without going to court. I listed info about this earlier but people just do no read everything. I even posted every year over 2 million discriminations are filed with HUD. Some go into file 13; the others are settled out of court. In 2010 only 4 cases went to court. I have made comments like “maybe I will be a first time home owner.” I said that with tongue in cheek meaning if this britches’s IQ is so low and keeps doing what she’s doing she would probably be dumb enough to try to fight this in court.
Neighbors (4) of them have already written letter’s, which have been notarized and are in HUD’s possession. The neighbors will back me all the way
.
Listen everyone I do have disabilities. However, my IQ is high enough to back out of this dogfight is nothing was in my favor. The lawyer who is grateful enough to give me legal advice always reminds me regardless of what the landlord is doing, that I hold the trump card. When this trump card is played, well then I will post it.
For now because I know what is going on I sleep good every night. Meaning I am not constantly looking over my shoulder the way someone who is guilty of wrongdoing would be doing.
This is a public website. I cannot control what people write nor than they control what I write. Thankfully we all enjoy the benefits of our freedom of speech. However, those of you who are trying to turn this around some how I am guilty of doing something illegal, substance abuse or whatever reason’s your making up: you are so far from the truth.
O.K. So I tried to convince you I was not doing anything wrong. I lied. I have had a meth Lab here for 6 years. Actually it was longer. My roommate started it when he moved in 10 years ago. The landlord is a tweaker and fought out some how what we were doing. She showed up one day without giving giving us a proper written notice. We had no time to stash everything. We refused to give her “Free Drugs.” She got pissed. Threaten to evict us.
My roommate stress out went crazy. Then he gave her about $30,000.00 of free drugs.
I stood my ground. She was high one day and wrote the letter that started all this. She told me to be moved out by June 30, 2011. The closer June 30, was coming she realized some damaging info about her was disclosed in the letter such as: roommate didn’t want a conflict he gave some free drugs.
That’s why she had to re serve me with a 60-day notice and she had to be careful who knew that is why she used a friend of my roomate’s.
Sorry, I took away your fun.
What you guys do for fun now???
I have a feeling it’s mental, too. The last part was being sarcastic. His posts are too long and coherent from him to be abusing substances.
I guess I should have read the last post before replying. LOL
I belive it is time to close this thread.
I have not asked for any advice concerning where I should live.
I have not asked for any advice concerning my disabilities.
I ahve not asked for any advice how to not get caught “not paying rent for 6 years.”
So, I believe the time has come to close this thread.
After all, I finally admitted I was lying and came clean and told the truth.
People are just going to ask for further explantions which I refuse to answer.
When things change or there is an update I may start a new thread.
Thanks and no thanks.
I have to get back to the lab.
I knew it was a meth lab!!!
Well, okay, but if you want to simply post about your life without any interaction, you should consider a Blog. You steadfastly refuse to answer pertinent information, then complain when others speculate. You’ve opened, and then subsequently asked to close, two separate threads because you couldn’t contain the discussion to your narrow focus.
It’s apparent that an open forum is not the ideal platform for your issues.
Either you pay your rent with cash or by check. Why all the secret squirrel nonsense here?

Maybe he pays with meth?
Can I get a receipt for that? I think I overpaid last month, can I get a few rocks back in change? NEED ANSWER FAST!!!
Somehow I’m not believing that last post. For starters, I can’t believe HUD would take on a discrimination case based on failure to bribe your landlady with sufficient drugs.
I guess I understand you being frustrated with people and that driving you to parody, but I don’t know what you’re trying to accomplish with your threads here. Your first thread seemed to be a couple of simple questions about the form of the eviction notice, but that got people asking a lot of other questions. But this second thread has me puzzled. It seems you started it just to keep us informed, but then aren’t willing to give us all the details.
Oh well.
I think all the pertinent missing details are in the list of 13 reasons the landlord issued him.
I think the key piece of this puzzle is OP is refusing to say how rent is paid. I wonder if he’s on some kind of goverment assistance. Maybe section 8? It would always explain why the OP would be so freaked out to move. Not everyone takes that type of payment.
I watched a video recently of a guy playing poker who anted up a bag of weed. He then realized he had bid too much and took it back and just anted up a handful of loose buds.
I want to answer this post correctly, but I want to make certain I know exactly what your question is.
or
Why are you referring to yourself as “the OP”?
