Part 2 Landlord/Tenant

Even if it were Section 8, the tenant still pays a portion of the rent, either by cash or check. If this is a Section 8 situation, that indeed might be why the OP is so reluctant to move, but it still doesn’t explain his stubborn refusal to post which method (cash or check) he uses to pay rent.

  1. It would explain why the OP would be so freaked out to move.

Answer: Post# 32 Today, I have found where I will be moving
Post # 35 I have 2 cats and the apartment I might move to accepts cats
Post # 66 I have a place lined up to move into when needed

Then there is the 60 day notice I was given to move. That 60 days expires on August 14, 2011. Previously I was given an improper notice stating I had to be moved out by June 30, 2011. The 60 day notice is the legal notice I must respond to now.

This should (but most likely will not) settle all arguments concerning me not moving. But some have the IQ of my landlord and no matter what the answer is they will always pry for more. All of this imformation has already been stated within this thread. This just proves people are reading before they respond.

There’s a lot of issues you’re dancing around. So, I’m going to stop asking you things. Also, most places take cats. Dogs are usually the issue. You were asked what form of payment you make rent in. You refuse to answer that. Which is leading some of us to think you’re not paying and other (myself included) to believe you’re on some form of government aid.

Sounds to me like you’re just trying to cheat her out of her property and/or get a free ride.

And ya wonder why most landlords don’t want Section 8 tenants…sheesh.

This (among many things) is making me question how honest the OP is.

Whatever!!!

You asked 2 questions. I will answer them one at a time.

But, do you have any other questions concerning my current living arrangements, and my future Living arrangements?

If you will be kind enough to write an response saying my housing is no longer in question, I will glady answer your other question.

I will not address the rent payment until I know your questions about my living arrangements are clear and understood by you.

Your move…everyone is waiting…

Well

If you do not respond, then I believe I have proven by using only imformation already posted in this thread, subjects have been discussed by me and/or others and regardless of my aswers “you will never be satisfied.”

I have cats. No need to bring up dogs when nothing within this thread mentions dogs, “EXCEPT YOU!” Your always looking for a loophole to state “false info.”

Apples to Apples

not

Apples to Lemons

which is how this thread gets Hi-Jacked

You can keep waiting. I really don’t care what happens to you to be honest.

Post #85, Dripping asked this question: Why are you refering to yourself as “the OP?”

YaraMateo answered the question with the statement quoted above.

As most of you all know I became a member to this site on May 29, 2011. So I am very new at this type of discussion by using the internet.

I hardly ever use a compurter. I send out a few emails. I have made a few purchases online. Therefore, I am really ignorate to using computers. I haven’t really got a clue what OP stands for. Therefore I never should have used that term.

But some how this YaraMateo has some kind of super powers that he/she can use as evidence to prove I am a liar simply by maybe miss using “OP.”
Let me describe what kind of things, objects or whatever I am highly skilled in:

  1. Rocket launchers
    2 . Gernades
  2. M-16 Rifles
  3. M-60 machine guns
  4. M-50 machine guns
  5. Hand to hand combat
  6. Penatrating behind enemy lines with maybe 2 other men and myself. Most enemy we engauge must be taken out without noise-usually this is done by slitting their thoart.
  7. Calling in for live fire on our own position and surving.
  8. Explosives
  9. How to survie if captured: POW
  10. etc,…

I advise everyone to take YaraMateo’s comments with extreme caution.

There we go.

This person’s comments have been responsible for screwing up this thread.

Hopefully, by her/he having no more intereast in this thread no more false info will be posted by her/he.

as long as you stay gone…LOL

Please, state the post number where RADTENN has stated he receives Section 8?

This needs to be addressed by you immediately.

Again, everyone is waiting for your answer in order to move forward.

If you cannot state the correct post number in which RADTENN makes the statement himself this will be proven as another false statement within this thread.

No response will be consider “you cannot find the imfornation to prove your statement.”

Everyone is waiting

Need to move on to another subject

Please, state post #

I think we all figured that out in his last train wreck. He’s so consumed with this one silly issue that I wonder if he managed to find time to eat and sleep.

This talking in the 3rd person thing is making your posts quite confusing.

Announcing that you’re running a meth lab is equally bizarre.

I do hope things work out OK for you, but if you were really hoping to get some help or support from this board, this type of thing probably isn’t the best way to do it.

RADTENN, I understand you’re new to this board; we didn’t know until you just told us that you’re new to message boards entirely. I apologize if our jocularity makes you feel threatened in any way.

Just so you know, “OP” means one of two things on a message board. It can either mean “Original Post” or “Original Poster” - which of the two things it means is usually clear by context. So when someone refers to something the OP wrote, they mean you, in this thread. Yes, they could type out **RADTENN **each time the refer to you, but honestly, most of us don’t pay much attention to user names, and OP is easier and faster to type than looking back to the beginning of the thread to identify the OP by name. (One of the other conventions at this board, but not all boards, is bolding a username when you use it; it makes it easier to scan a thread and see if someone is addressing you.)

There’s no need to refer to yourself in the third person, and it is not usually done, so it comes off as weird, that’s all. No harm done, I just want to make you aware of some of the conventions here so you can, if you choose, fit in better with our community. Learning the acronyms and board conventions is one of the most frustrating parts of becoming comfortable with an on line community, believe me, I understand. As they say, been there, done that!

Well, at least we now know what the disability is.

Seconded

Great. The second one who has no facts to back up their false statement.

The question people want an answer to is this one:

Do you pay your rent by cash, check, or some third method?

Check

I would add that on this particular board, you (that is RADTENN) will find that some posters will always disagree with you. That’s not a bad thing necessarily, as it can cause you to reflect and review your position. I guess the best thing I can suggest is to be prepared for dissention with your position, and roll with it.

On the other hand, as one who is registered, you can jump into other threads and call others out on their positions–ask for cites, and so on. Given what you’ve posted about your circumstances and background, I think you would be a good contributor. I wish you luck with your proceeding as described here, but I also hope that you will stick around, regardless of what happens.

Or else. . .gernades!
