Today my 7th graders learned about past progressive tense. I asked them to write what they were doing yesterday at one o’clock. Like, “Yesterday at one o’clock, I was watching TV”.
One of my kids raised her hand and asked “How do you say ‘slaughtering a pig’ in English?”
