“hi” or “yo” if you’d want to be informal
“how’s it hangin’?” is what I’d consider saying to my buds
“good morn’” or “good evenin’” work if it is time suitable
Plus th’ good ol’ Australian greetin’: “Good’ay” possibly appended with “mate”
If you’d want some nonenglish ones, you’d have to seek your answer from some person that isn’t me.
