This is sad. I’ve never heard anyone accuse him of being a great actor, but I also never heard any of the typical Hollywood ego stories about Swayze. I hope he is able to recover and live out a healthy life.
I wouldn’t say anyone deserves cancer. Even a woman I know who used abortion for birth control and ended up with breast cancer.
But there are people you think would be more apt to get it because of their lifestyle, like the above person. Healthy people who respect their bodies should somehow be less apt to get it.
He may not be a great actor, per se, but he’s a fantastically talented dancer, and by all accounts, a really cool guy.
I loved Dirty Dancing when I was ten (I think that’s when it came out), and I had a big poster of Johnny on my wall. And as cheesy as it is, Ghost is a great chick flick.
