Aw. man.
I loved the Fast/Furious series, cheesy though it may have been.
And he’d never have won an Oscar, but thank you for entertaining me all these years and rest in peace.

This hit the 'net as true, then was reported as scam…now I’m hearing it is true?
I hope not.
I’m mainly seeing it at TMZ, which it seems everyone reports back to. They actually are pretty reliable, but there is still hope.
Word is that the reports that the death is a hoax, is in fact the hoax.
That’s totally fucking cruel.
I know. I’m seeing it too. Very weird…if it is the case.
It’s on TMZ, they are at the actual crash. R.I.P.
Foxnews just confirmed it. I assume they spoke to someone.
Paul Walker’s rep. confirmed it to them.
didn’t know who he was. don’t care
fast and furious are dumm movies for the plebs
Clearly they were not made for a gentleman as sophisticated as yourself.
What sad news. His poor daughter.
Yikes. 15 years old and to lose her Dad.
The pictures of the wrecked car indicate a fast rate of speed and a furious collision with that tree.
Honestly, I’m wondering about the circumstances of the accident. The reports say that the car hit a light pole and then burst into flames. I thought that cars were designed better than that. Or is the fire a sign that they were going way too fast?
I’ve never seen any of the Fast and the Furious movies, but Wikipedia says that the budgets for all of them was about $569 million and they grossed $2.4 billion. So they were very profitable but I expect this will kill the franchise.
R.I.P. if its true. Paul was a good actor.
damn - ironic - but damn.
The car was a Porsche, likely a 911 or 911 derivative at that sort of income level which means that it is a rear-engined car with the fuel tank in front. A fire would indicate a very high rate of speed as Porsches meet DOT standards for front impacts.
Chances are it was a guy showing off his new wheels, driving a car noted for tricky handling well beyond his capabilities, and they both paid the price for it.
RIP.
How far was he into the filming of FF7? I imagine they find a way to re-write, edit, or re-shoot things to release it(dedicated to him, of course).
I seriously doubt it. He was good in them but nobody watched those movies because of Paul Walker, they watched for action and cool cars. Besides it’s not like Hollywood is swimming in original ideas.
I think there’s another Fast & furious movie in the can already, awaiting release. Doubtful they’d quit making them, though, if the movies keep making money.
