I was just looking at my PayPal account and it occurred to me that since they charge me (£0.20 + 3.4%) to receive CC payments, if somebody were to send me a payment of value less than £0.20, the transaction would net out as a charge. Is this possible?
Why not try it yourself & see what happens? Pay yourself some money
