PayPal users; how much do you allow to accumulate in your account before you withdraw

because I’d be withdrawing to a UK bank, I’ll have to pay £0.50 for the privilege, so I don’t want to do it too often, but I also don’t want to leave the money tere too long because I’ve heard the horror stories about people trying to reclaim funds from PayPal after errors occurred.

So how much should I allow to accumulate before I transfer it out?

For me about $75.00. But that’s cause I waited for all my auctions to close. I always take all the money out before buying something with paypal, that way my credit card funds are used instead. My CC has better security for these things.

I withdraw at about $100.00, because if something happens to it, it won’t hurt too bad.
