Any base guidelines for man hours to do basic preventative maintenance on 20 networked machines once a month? Just the basics defrag, updates, patches, on win xp machines.
$120 per hour, per guy. That’s the rate I quote at my job.

I was more interested in man hours for this scale. I understand what needs to be done, and I know that it will be much easier to do this with many machines for example it takes all of 30 seconds per machine to start defrags. I am just curious if there is any kind of decent baseline estimate for multi machine onsite PM work.
