Why does an actovex box pop up on my screen when visiting certain sites saying “Click here to run activex control” and when I click OK, as in yes you can run it, it doesnt…no matter how many times I try. refresh etc… I get the same window, I click OK and it still never works!!
Do you know what the control is supposed to be doing? Depending on the type of site, it might actually be a bit of malware and of course that isn’t going to announce anything at all, once it’s installed itself.
