“Jelly” = “Grape Jelly.” That’s all there is to it.
I chose Chunky PB for the poll, because I prefer it to Smooth, but Smooth is fine, really.
Grape Jelly, though, is non-negotiable.

Yum, I love toasted or grilled peanut butter sandwiches, and raspberry jam is my favorite. I have a little electric sandwich grill, and about the only thing I put in it is pb&j.
All I can say is, I go through the stuff at a pretty fair clip (a 16-oz. jar every ~3 days) and I don’t gain weight - something I couldn’t have said back in the days before I could get natural PB.
Something to keep in mind about PB is that it fills you up; when you eat more PB, you’re likely to be eating less of something else. A lot depends on what that ‘something else’ is, but unless one eats fruits and veggies like they’re going to run out any day now, odds are good that what you’re substituting it for won’t be noticeably better, and might be a lot worse.
OTOH, if you eat 190 calories’ worth of potato chips ( the # of calories in 2 tbsp. of TJ’s creamy unsalted), you’re still going to want some real food soon.
Peter Pan Superchunk, with seedless black Rasberry on lightly toasted Pepperidge Farm Hearty White. It’s an indulgence, might as well do it right!
I normally prefer chunky peanut butter, but for this, it’s smooth peanut butter and grape jelly.
