Pearl Harbor's sole survivor USS Hoga: Where now?

So far as I now, this is the only ship still floating that was present in Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. I had read that it was selected to be a showcase at a museum at the well-known naval port of North Little Rock, AR. However, I have not been able to find anything indicating that it had actually been moved yet. Has it, or is it still rusting out in San Francisco Bay?

Here is the blog for the Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum at North Little Rock. “Hoga is expected to be open to the public by the end of the year, the Navy said.” It does not appear that the movement has happened yet, however. Or it could have and they just didn’t blog it, but that seems unlikely considering the frequency with which they blog.

There’s at least one other, the Coast Guard cutter USCGC Taney, on exhibition in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.

OK, so what’s the hold-up? Looks like it’s been in Suisin Bay, California, for a while. The last I could find on the transfer was from last August, so almost a year later, and still no movement. Are they afraid that might not be able to handle the journey. It was originally schedule to be moved at the end of 2012, the Navy having transferred ownership as far back as 2005.
