Hi, im 16 and i have a couple questions…ok, on my penis i have numerous small bumps that kind of look like goosbumps(mainly on the underside) is this something i should worry about?? ive had them as long as i can remember…i am uncircumsized…so i dont know if that would have anything to do with it…ok, any help would bbe greatly appreciated! thanks
No, don’t worry about it.
If you are 16 you have a lot more to worry about in regard to your penis than a couple of goose bumps. (The goose bumps are nothing.)
Now, do a print out of your question, seal it in a time capsule and open it when you are 40 years old. Then have a discussion with your penis as to what you have been through in the intervening years.
You will be amazed!

They’re normal. I wondered the same thing when I was about your age.
Probably either skin oils and/or sweat building up in the pores. Shower when you can, use plenty of soap, but don’t worry if you can’t keep up with your skin’s oil production. Your body is doing all kinds of crazy crap right now that may last another 2 years. After that, any weird stuff that happens to your penis will probably be your own fault.
If you have sex with someone you truly care about they will no longer be a concern. If you have sex with someone who you don’t care about they will mestatisize and eventually kill you.
(Don’t bother to check the facts of that statement, just live by it.)
I have (what I presume to be) the same thing, and I was pretty concerned about it until my doctor told me they were called “milia” and nothing to worry about. However, I’m not offering medical advice/diagnosing you here, just letting you know that there’s a fair possibility it’s the same thing.
Still, ask a doctor when you see one to put your mind at rest for sure.
