I twist and use a wooden clothespin. I’ve done this for years and it works great. I find myself getting all twisted up with those ties and clips that the bread comes with and they go in the trash.

I actually prefer the clothespin, the S&T is the backup. Also use various sizes of binder clips for plastic bags of freezer items.

Oh yes clothespins and binder clips are wonderful to use. Also gumbands (rubber bands lol).
