Not standard-issue biofeedback. The technique I am interested in is called Neurofeedback.

I have had 9 sessions so far, due for 11 more. I don’t know if it is having an effect or not. I’m soliciting the experiences of others.

Is there a website we can find out about this? Who/what organization performs said neurofeedback?

My brother used/uses it. VERY successfully.
History: 39 YO, drug/alcohol addict since age 15.
Two rehabs, one in house, unsuccessful. Clean and sober almost 3 years. Longest clean previous - 32 days. Don’t hear from him much, Dad does. Don’t know if he is still treating or not, or how long he went.
I must admit, it sounded like snake oil to me, but I have to say I’m impressed, both with the treatment and my Brother.

I have a friend who had a great experience there, big changes. I hear nothing but good stuff. Still waiting to see how it goes for me.
