Ok, so I posted a thread called “Why I like religious girls” on the Internet Infidels Discussion Forum. Now, my intent was to simply contrast two types of people that DO EXIST and I got flamed to no end for it. My post was misinterpreted and taken out of context BIG TIME. I suppose that I should have been more clear on what I meant but I think alot of people were way out of line here, especially with the ad hominem attacks. I would really like to see what some of you think about my post and why everyone started taking it so personally and reading stuff into it that simply wasn’t there. I really liked posting on that forum but now I don’t want to because of the utter meanness and unthinking criticism I got for that message. What do you guys think? Here is the link.

What kind of response were you expecting ?
They seemed like perfectly reasonable and well thought out responses for the most part.
From reading your OP, I was surprised when you said you were (26), I expected 18 at best.

Welcome, kranky. The General Questions forum is for questions with factual answers, which this isn’t. I’ll close this thread rather than move it because we really discourage complaints and heated discussions about what goes on in other message boards. They too often result in board wars and frankly we don’t need the aggravation.
