I’m blanking on other voice actors. Paul Dobson, maybe?

It should be noted that the VA for System Shock’s SHODAN (the evil AI bent on godhood, not the poster) actually soundslike this in real life. Which is much closer than I’d have expected.
Really? His voice is very popular, and it is in fact rather deep. At least the way I see it. What, you don’t recognize a deep voice unless it sounds like Barry White?
I do declare, however, that his Australian accent sometimes rubbed me the wrong way.
Linked in the spoiler tag is his review of the 1970s Alice in Wonderland Musical Porn (NSFW, of course). Not only is it very funny, but he sounds deeply sexy delivering the jokes.
Sometimes he uses more of a midrange voice, like when he’s presenting, but I’ve heard him on talk shows where he uses quite a higher voice. I was surprised at how much higher his natural voice is than Frazier’s. It didn’t seem to suit him at all.
First of all: listen, it’s the nature of a messageboard that threads stop getting replies. It’s just what happens.
Second-of-ly: If he hasn’t already been listed, let me add Anthony Howell (of Foyle’s War and Wives and Daughters) and his beautiful, deep, soft-spoken voice.
TVtropes has him in their Badass Baritone section; “Bass register is also possible but is rarer and almost always overlaps with being evil.” Of course, he’s done the evil thing, too. (See also Audio Erotica.)
Benedict Cumberbatch (BBC’s Sherlock) does a pretty good Rickman impression. (And fits into some of the same TVtropes categories.)
I missed the thread originally, but I can’t let it pass without mentioning Neil Nunes, who is an announcer on BBC radio. Brit Dopers who listen to R4 should know who I mean.
