Fred Savage is the voice of Oswald the Octopus in the most excellent Oswald.

Also in the cast are David Lander (aka Squiggy from Laverne and Shirley) and Laraine Newman (from the original SNL cast). They both seem to have done a bunch of voice work over the years. You sure don’t see them in regular roles very often.

Richard Kind, who plays an occasional character, also seems to have done a lot of voice work.
