I just discovered these the other day. Never heard of 'em before. They are simply great! Sweet, with a mild to medium heat. I get them fresh from Wegmans in New Jersey. Have tried them on pizza, in salads, on sub sandwiches, and right out of the container. If you like peppers, you should definitely seek these out.
I may need to find a better supplier but the ones I had last year were a major disappointment. Scarcely any more heat that a common green/bell/sweet pepper at five times the cost, no thanks!
I grabbed these for someone else who paid for them, so I don’t know what they cost. But the ones I had had definite heat, which your (or at least my) basic green/bell/sweet pepper’s do not have at all.
