What peppers would you eat? The thread on the recent “hottest pepper in the world” candidate prompted this poll. I chose the peppers and their Scoville score from the first result on a search on lists of hot peppers: THE BIG LIST OF HOT PEPPERS | Cayenne Diane. I tried to pick recognizable peppers (the list is a lot longer) The number in parentheses in the poll is the approximate Scoville rating of the pepper. poll
