Personally, I welcome our new Korean overlord

Well, in defense of the Republicans, once you’ve starting letting religious blather or one sort become a major player, it probably gets hard to sort out what’s really looney from what only seems looney to disinterested observers.

And Moon owns the Washington Times. That carries a lotta weight when it comes to attending whacked out parties that involve crowns and claims of being Messiah. And he’s a few degrees above most people in income. That doesn’t hurt, either.

Let’s not go overboard: while Moon is a conservative, that doesn’t mean that plenty of Democrats haven’t tried to court him and vice versa.

So sorry. I in no way meant to imply that it was only R’s who were involved in Moon’s shenanigans. Yes, there are far too many people who kiss his ass on both sides of the aisle.

However, the slant that he, personally, has is pretty far right. To the point that his newspaper (sic) can seem positively squishy by comparison.

From a recent news article it appears that Rasputin may have had something bigger than just his insanity going for him.

Is there actual media interest? Please link if you can - despite Gorenfeld’s excellent blog coverage, I hadn’t been aware that the Moon story had been picked up by the mainstream press.

how’s the view from your glass house?
