The filming locations in Philadelphia made Rocky uniquely authentic. It wouldn’t have been the same on a sound stage.

The pet shop scenes with Rocky and Adrian are one of my favorite moments in the film. They filmed in a real pet shop.

Tourists have visited it for decades. The building is finally getting torn down.
