Against the fucking judges who permit these 5-month circuses? There is NO WAY that lawyers cannot present their evidence, arguements, etc., and take MORE than a month doing it! These trials ought to be limited…what has been done to these jurors violates the constitution (against “cruel and unusual” punishment). How is it that a scientist can present a new theory or discovery in a couple of hours, and these bozos need MONTHS to present their claims?
As I have said before, a jury trialis NOT a search for the truth. It is more like a multi-act play, where the objective seems to be to bamboozle the audience with as much bull bleep as possible. Now the 12 jurors have to sort out all the crap thats been thrown to them…man, who wants that!

I believe it’s that facts shouldn’t take five months to persent unless most of it is just BS. As much to do with publicity for the judge, defense, and prosecutor.
