I’m coming into some money - not the ‘leave your job’ kind of money, just enough to buy a new used car, pay off some of the mortgage and concrete the driveway.
I want to buy a station wagon and really like the look of the Ford Mondeo. However, a friend of mine had this car as a work car and said it was quite a petrol guzzler. Is this true and how does it fair in comparison to say a Toyota Camry station wagon? Also, any suggestion for similar looking stationwagons only as a Toyota, Nissan or Mazda?
I can’t comment from a personal point of view on the relative fuel efficiency of the various models. But perhaps this site may be useful.
