I have a client who wants a newspaper mailed to him. He used to get it by subscription, but they no longer offer print copies in his state. According to the publisher, print copies are still issued in Philadelphia.
They also offer print copies in Chicago. Finding him a Chicago newsstand that is willing to mail him the paper (for a fee, of course) was easy-peasy. But for some reason he wants another choice, one not in Chicago.
I’m having trouble finding a newsstand or bookstore that sells newspapers that can do this. The newsstands I tried, which seemed to be the 2 biggest in Philly, no longer had working telephone numbers. A request to the newsstand association went unanswered. Before I call the rest of my list of bookstores, I thought maybe someone here would know of a bookstore that sells newspapers or newsstand which is large enough they’d consider doing this. As stated previously, my client will of course pay for the service.
