Maybe this does not belong in sports but after Phil Mickelson’s recent rant about being forced to reconsider all of his options because of the state and federal tax increases on multimillionaires I began to wonder. Why can’t Phil incorporate himself as doctors and lawyers often do? Is that tactic used only to reduce liability or are there tax advantages as well? After all, we want to be sure that Phil pays all of his taxes but like Mitt, not one penny more.
Why can’t Phil stop whining like a little bitch, hire a decent accountant, and pay his fucking taxes? Maybe he’s planning an entry into conservative politics?
I believe the primary advantage of an LLC is the “LL” part - limited liability.
