The Mayors eco-friendly ‘roofscaping’ seems to have dramatically changed NY’s high rise roofs.
It does seem like a great idea. My only question is what the added moisture (from the soil and plants) and load weight is doing to those roofs? Hopefully that’s all been studied before moving forward with this project.
Some amazing photos. I’d love to visit some of those rooftop gardens & parks.
