Your city’s Fiscal Manager had a condition that gravely impaired his ability to make good judgements, to the point where he killed himself by standing on top of his own moving car with nobody at the wheel.
Paradoxically, the City Government is claiming his illness didn’t effect his business ability.

Many times, politicians will adopt attitudes like this out of a misplaced respect for a collegue. However, I find it incredible that an illness of this kind could be so severe that suicidal behavior would take place, and business judgement would not be impaired.
There is no evidence that a through audit has taken place.
I urge you to act, & demand an audit of his accounts, & an investigation into whether or not it was known that he was ill, & why he was allowed to continue to work.
You may be millions in the hole, this very second.
