Phone interview tomorrow, any tips?

I am having a phone interview tomorrow for an entry level position at the Royal Bank of Canada. The call is supposed to take about half an hour. What sort of questions can I expect? I’m assuming things like “tell me about a time when you provided excellent customer service” and " tell me about a time when you had to deal with an aggressive customer".

The next step after the phone interview, is the in-person interview and then, if you’re accepted, a six-week training course. Have any of you, or someone you know, taken this training course?

Oddly, the preinterview call today sounded like a sales call, which I thought was weird.

I’ve never worked at a bank before. Because of my job, I go to the bank everyday. It seems like a decent atmosphere in which to work.

Any idea about the pay/benefits? I wonder if you are paid for training?
