See, I would just call that a “rhyme.” It’s an “end” rhyme as opposed to what? Or is “end-rhyme” a retronym?
But in English, vowels are not stressed, syllables are. The syllables are
pho-TO-gra-phy
and
bi-O-gra-phy
Maybe that was the point you were trying to make–that the vowel belonging to the stressed syllables is the same.
Internal rhyme. “Flying too high with some guy in the sky/is my idea of nothing to do/But I get a kick out of you.”
